Many overweight females eat only once a day. This puts a
starvation stress on your body so eat three times a day, and less for
dinner. Try eating less starchy foods and substitute veggies like
broccoli, and cauliflower.
Think of your weight as the result of an imbalance.
Think of a seesaw. On one end there are calories. Calories are energy
equivalents, if you don’t burn them they accumulate as fat. If you are
active you burn the calories, and they don’t accumulate.
So back to the seesaw. On one end there are calories,
and on the other end there is activity. The more activity you have the
less calories you have. The less activity you have, the more calories you
accumulate.
